Whilst assisting FitRight Physio with their Facebook and Google Ads marketing, we made recommendations to improve their previous website.

The team at FitRight were aware that their previous website was very difficult to navigate, which was detrimental to their bookings and revenue.


We engaged their entire management team in an in-depth analysis of their business practices, in order to plan their new website. This included creating an improved website structure and transitioning their entire business to eCommerce functionality for bookings and payments via their new website, enabling their new and existing clients to easily find and pay for a class nearby. This also alleviated the previous manual invoicing process the management team previously had to engage in. Via various technical website functions and considered placement of class information, we achieved a website that is easy to use for members and the FitRight team. We also implemented shopping cart customisation, enabling new clients to easily book mid course where available, include add on services, as well as waitlisting classes, with further marketing automations primed to be developed in the future for the FitRight team.
